ProntoPTM is our integrated software solution that provides the ability to manage all aspects of a local governments real property, business personal, and mobile home property tax assessment, billing, and collections. Included under the ProntoPTM umbrella is ProntoWEB. This is an advanced Cloud Web Server application that provides the general public easy access to multiple lines of tax information. ProntoWEB offers the ability to access and electronically pay property taxes via simple advanced search options such as name, parcel, address, or city. Also featured with the ProntoPTM is ProntoSIG, making the homestead exemption process much faster and more convenient. After a signature is captured just once, it is stored therefore eliminating the need for a clerk to continously sign documents.
